Loved the first class, Kathy. It’s exactly what I was looking for; a focus on how to  do the movement correctly and safely. It really helps when it’s slowed down. Learn to strength train at home with minimal equipment.

This six week course includes once-a-week live zoom classes where you will be part of a small group that progresses together.

Learn proper technique and the exercises that are most helpful to create a strong and resilient body.

You will get individual attention and feedback on your form so you will know how to create a routine that is safe, enjoyable and effective.

  • Includes 6 live classes,
  • video tutorials,
  • class recordings,
  • weekly email check ins
  • PDFs of all the exercises.

You will need one or two weights, could be a dumb bell or a kettlebell, a resistance band, a small step stool.
