Monday, Wednesday and Saturday morning at 9:30 am MST
45 – 60 minutes in length
All classes are recorded and recordings are sent out the day of class and are available for 7 days.

This recurring payment option will eliminate the need for you to register each month. You will get the invites on the first of each month at about 7 am.

There is a library of videos you can watch at anytime including some shorter practices, restorative practices and beginner practices. This library of videos is included in your monthly zoom membership. You will get the link and password to the library in your welcome email.

Hi Kathy—I wanted you to know that after 3 months of being in class with you, I am feeling so good and so pleased with the results. What you offer is exactly what I have needed. I noticed it particularly when I was doing laundry and needed to get into a squat and went down and got up so easily. And I love the way you explain things and notice when I am doing something incorrectly (I am impressed with your ability to see through a video that is off). I hope you will always offer this online—it is so much more convenient than having to build in travel time (at least for me) and allows for groaning and grunting out loud. Even my husband joins in for the first half of each class. He has noticed that many of things you say and offer are familiar with respect to Feldenkrais and we both are impressed at the number of times you speak to the dancer in us.

OMG thanks Kathy! This is the perfect class for what I need. Everyone over 50 and who is a tight “mature” athlete like me (with or without OA issues) should know about this class!! You come up with an amazing variety of amazingly effective stretches and exercises. This is all stuff that I should be doing everyday but never had the discipline to do on a regular basis before and its impossible to replicate on my own. Its like you know exactly what my body needs! I try to make all the classes but always do the recordings you distribute if I can’t. This is proving to be essential to reversing a lot of pain, tightness and mobility issues I thought were my destiny due to years of former abuse of my body (pounding and no stretching, as well as resulting OA). I hope you are still doing this stuff when I am 85!!! Starting now my whole aging process (which I was totally depressed about) will be way better. THANK YOU!!
