How to access and manage your account

When you sign up for zoom classes, you will be setting up an account.

When you go to my website, there is a menu item in the top right hand corner that says “My Account”. If you click on there, you should see this screen

Where you see edit your password there on the right, click to change your password. Just fill in the new password and confirm it. If you have any trouble, email me ( kathy@kathydodd.com ) and I can send you a password to reset.

You can access your information on the left hand side, where it says subscriptions etc you can self manage your account. If you need to cancel or suspend your account, you can do it there, but please do it before the end of the month! When you want to reactivate your membership you can go to this same place and under subscriptions you can reactivate, no need to sign up again.
