Gift guides are kinda cheesy and you don’t have to buy any stuff to get more exercise but if you did want to treat yourself or someone else, here are five great things to bring fitness home.

Door Anchor. This is the thing that will allow you to use your resistance bands in so many ways at home. You just thread the resistance band through the loop and you can put the anchor over the top the door or close to the handle on the side of the door so you can now pull that band in lots of ways. You can do pull downs, rows and so many other shoulder exercises. It makes a resistance band sort of like a cable machine or a TRX. All for $15.

Resistance Bands. All kinds from the small loop bands to the larger ‘Jump stretch’ bands like this one that can be used in so many ways. From deadlifts to overhead presses, this band is a great tool to have and easy to carry too!

Kettlebell. You must of seen this one coming. Kettlebells are an extremely versatile tool to use at home to get stronger and more powerful. You can get a great conditioning workout in, get more mobile and get stronger with a kettlebell. It is such a great weight to have at home that is effective but does not take up a lot of space.

Plyometric box. Wait what?  🙂 This is what I am asking for this Christmas. A box like this will allow you to do step ups, incline pushups, supported squats, hip thrusts and of course jumps if you choose to. Super useful for the beginner or for the more advanced folks.

Zoom classes with me! Buy a single month either December or January for that friend or relative who needs an appointment to move. Tell them they don’t have to come to every class and that if they are busy they can do the recordings anytime that suits them. Just put their name and  email address in the order notes box when you check-out and I will send them a lovely welcome letter whenever you want them to receive it!

I hope this might give you some unique gift ideas for that person who wants to get more fit.
