Is your attention span as short as mine these days?
I love to watch movies or tv shows but youtube videos are shorter and can teach you everything from how to caulk your shower to how your brain works. I recently watched videos on both these subjects but you will be happy to know they are not my favorites this month.
My first favorite video is called “You Don’t Need Fixing”. It is about physical pain and rehab but I like the title and sentiment for lots of things. If you have pain, this is important information. This video is from a channel called Movement Optimism by the Physiotherapist Greg Lehman. If you want to know about how to exercise even if you have pain, these videos can help.
The second one is from a very interesting channel called “Style Like U” which features alternative views of beauty from both women and men. This particular video is an interview with the model Paulina Porizkova, but there are many others in the series that are worth watching as well.
The third is a video about living with beautiful handmade things – it is a tour of Rajiv Surendra’s home. He was one of the actors in the movies classic “Mean Girls”, and is a charming and talented guy. Trust me – you will be impressed by this guy’s dedication to making things.
What do you like to watch on youtube? Let me know in the comments below.
I watched R. Surendra’s video. What an interesting man. I would love to have a conversation with him. Thanks for the heads up. Now I will look at the other videos you like.
Right? I love his outlook and talent.
