These movements have been lost to us after years of chairs and cars and losing our sense of play when it comes to ‘exercise’.
I want you to be strong and pain free and I also want you to enjoy your body.
To have the fun and joy you may have had as a child and the confidence you may have had as a young adult.
I believe these five movements will do just that.
#1 – Getting down to the floor and getting comfortable there.
#2 – Getting back up again with grace, ease and maybe no hands!
#3 – Squatting. A good squat is a wonderful thing to be able to do.
