Pucker up baby – I am loving these three lemony things this month!

If you are not eating gluten or sugar or butter or cream just skip on by to the next one and …. my condolences! 😉

I made a version of these for the mini retreat we held last week and they were a hit.

Grating the frozen butter into the flour mixture using a food processor made things pretty easy and I used white chocolate chucks from the bulk section instead of white chocolate chips. I didn’t add blueberries but I think they would be amazing!

2. La Croix (lemon flavor)

This sparkling water has enjoyed a lot of attention over the last couple of years – so much that now there is tons of other companies now making flavored water. I like this one because the carbonation is smaller than some of the others I think and it has a delicious subtle flavor with no calories and no sodium. Much better than diet soda!

3. Preserved Lemons

I have written about this one before but I’m making some more right now because I enjoyed the last batch so well!
